Terms of Service – LimitlessMotionWorks
1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed by customers through the LimitlessMotionWorks online shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an atmospheric online catalog. By clicking the "Place Order" button, the customer enters into a binding contract to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after the order is submitted.
3. Special Provisions: 3D Printing & Unique Items
Our products are manufactured using additive manufacturing processes (3D printing).
Surface Finish: Technical characteristics such as visible layer lines, minor irregularities, or cooling marks are inherent to 3D printing and do not constitute a defect.
Material Properties: The customer is responsible for ensuring the thermal stability of the materials (e.g., when used in vehicle interiors under extreme heat). For automotive applications, we strongly recommend our CF-PETG or ASA products.
4. Pricing and Shipping
All prices are final. Due to the small business status according to § 19 UStG (German VAT law), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or displayed. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
5. Delivery Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is approximately 5–15 business days, as many products are manufactured "Made-to-Order" after the order is received.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. Please note: According to German Law (§ 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and the production of which is determined by an individual choice or specification by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Custom Orders).
7. Liability Disclaimer (Motorsport & Automotive)
Use at Own Risk: Our gadgets are designed for motorsport use and show purposes.
Regulation Compliance: We assume no liability for whether the use of the products is permitted under local road traffic regulations (e.g., StVZO). The customer is responsible for checking the legality for their specific vehicle.
Installation: We assume no liability for damage to the vehicle resulting from improper installation or material failure under extreme mechanical stress.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of LimitlessMotionWorks until full payment has been received.
9. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these Terms of Service be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect.
